Distinction
Only with the prerequisites of Life Support, Award of Merit and Silver Cross can candidates test their knowledge, skill and practical ability and establish Excellence. The highest award the RLSS offers in Lifesaving.

National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches Specifically designed for Teachers and Coaches of Swimming/ Aquatic Activities. The course focuses on the areas needed to supervise programmed activities safely. It has three compulsory areas:
