This page is for you. What would you like to see here? How about some puzzles and games, competitions, useful tips, reports on places you've visited or things you've done, or ...?
To start you off, we would like you to design our own Rookies mascot and/or logo, something that we can use to decorate this page and use for links from other pages, and print in newsletters and on other club 'stuff'. It could be something to do with fresh or sea water flora or fauna (that's plants or animals) or it could be a cartoon lifebuoy. In fact, it could be absolutely anything, so let your imagination run wild. There will be a prize for the Rookie whose design is chosen.
Bring your entries (drawings, models, computer files on CD, whatever medium you like) to Rookies on a Sunday night and hand them in. We'll do the rest!!
For a bit of fun, can you spot the 8 differences between the pictures below? This puzzle appeared in a club newsletter a few years ago, so you might have seen it before!

Shorething is the RNLI's site for young people and it's crammed full of exciting activities and games, from seeing how fit you have to be to become a lifeguard, to working out how to successfully launch a massive lifeboat and rescue people using your skills and knowledge.
